Our stay at Relais San Lorenzo was truly unforgettable. The charming staff, especially Daniela, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived - their attention to detail and excellent communication skills were commendable. The hotel's location inside the Old Town walls was perfect for exploring the historic streets of Lucca on foot and dining at delightful local restaurants. The beautifully decorated room, with its comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, felt like a luxurious retreat after a day of sightseeing. The complimentary soft drinks and daily breakfast with made-to-order eggs were delightful touches that added to our overall experience. The common lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace was a cozy spot to relax and unwind, thanks to Daniela's hospitality.
